Janice has built a career in fund administration and has extensive experience across all asset classes, fund structures and fee calculations, including complex carried interest and waterfall calculations.
Janice brings a proven track record of client success to the Socium leadership team and is responsible for on-boarding new clients, managing client relationships and ensuring that the team exceeds our clients’ expectations.
Prior to joining Socium, Janice was a Senior Manager and Director at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, where she held multiple roles within investor services, client on-boarding and fund accounting. Throughout her career, Janice has served as the go to person for helping fund managers and general partners with fund formations, the interpretation of fund documents, and modeling complex fee calculations. Prior to U.S. Bancorp, Janice began her career at BNY Mellon, Alternative Investment Services, focusing on fund accounting and partner allocations, as well as creating standard operating procedures to achieve accuracy and optimal efficiency.
Janice is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting.
